The focus of Lift Lab Full Spectrum is to present a basis of firearm manipulation and use for the responsible, armed citizen to build from. A basis that challenges them beyond firearm fundamentals, but the fundamentals of cognitive reasoning; overcoming knee-jerk reactions of fight or flight, but consciously making the decision to do so- with a plan. This will be taught in multiple classes tailored to reach a broader spectrum of skill and time available. To strengthen students' physical aptitude this objective will include the basics of firearm handling and presentation, from shooting fundamentals to advanced shooting drills, and physical challenges . To open students up to the cognitive thinking aspect, students will be presented with physical and mental stressors, problems will arise that will require conscious reasoning in a fight or flight situation under duress. While it is impossible to train to the absolute limits of real life scenarios; testing the mind and body equally and having the ability to think through a possibly deadly scenario will only enhance the reality of success and survival.
"Blessed be the Lord my strength which teacheth my hands to war, and my fingers to fight." Psalm 144:1
